Who this is for

These terms apply to professional football and NBA athletes based in Europe or the USA who create an account with DM Private Chefs Elite™, whether by self-registration or by invitation.

What we do

DM is a recruitment intermediary. We search for, vet and present private chef candidates. We are not the employer of the chef we present to you, and we are not a party to whatever arrangement you and the chef agree once a placement is confirmed. Our role ends at a successful, confirmed placement.

Accounts and approval

Access to the full portal requires our approval. We may approve, reject, suspend or reactivate an account at our discretion — for example, if the information provided is inaccurate, or the account is used outside its intended purpose. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.

Recruitment commission

A fixed recruitment commission applies, set by your region, and shown in your portal before you pay. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Your search begins only once payment is confirmed — this step is never performed manually, only by Stripe's own confirmation. Refunds are considered case by case; get in touch before starting a search if you are unsure.

Confidentiality

We treat your identity, your briefing and your search as confidential, and share it only with candidates being considered for your placement, to the extent needed for them to prepare. A separate NDA may be put in place for the placement itself.

Your briefing data

Location, dietary preferences and allergies are collected only once your search begins, with your separate explicit consent, and are used only to brief candidates. See our Privacy Policy for how this data is stored and protected.

No guarantee of placement

We commit to a genuine, personally managed search. We cannot guarantee that a specific candidate, or any candidate, will be a fit for your requirements.

Termination

You can close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the fees you have paid us. We are not liable for the conduct, performance or employment terms of a chef once a placement is confirmed — that relationship is between you and the chef.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal.

Changes to these terms

If we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of this page.
