Who we are

DM Private Chefs Elite™ ("DM", "we", "us") operates a boutique recruitment service that connects elite athletes with private chefs in Europe and the USA.

Our registered company name and address will be confirmed here before this page is used to onboard athletes.

What we collect

• Account details — name, email, phone, and region, provided when you register or activate an invitation.
• Recruitment briefing — location, dietary preferences and allergies, provided once your search begins. This can include health-related data, and we only collect it with a separate, explicit consent from you.
• Payment information — your recruitment commission is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; we keep a record of the payment status and amount.
• Account activity — status changes, approvals, and the messages we send you, so we can support your account.

Why we process it

• To create and run your account, and to search for and present a private chef — necessary to perform our service to you.
• To process your recruitment commission through Stripe — necessary to perform our service, and to meet our accounting obligations.
• To process dietary and allergy information — only with your explicit, separate consent, and only to brief your chef search. You can withdraw this consent at any time; doing so may pause your search.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only where it is needed to run the service:

• Stripe, to process your recruitment commission.
• The chef presented to you, limited to what they need to prepare for the role — never your payment details.
• Service providers who help us run the platform (for example, our email delivery provider), acting only on our instructions.

How long we keep it

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. Payment records are kept for as long as required by tax and accounting law. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove what we no longer need to keep for a legal reason.

How we protect it

• Dietary preferences and allergies are encrypted at rest in our database.
• Passwords are one-way hashed; we cannot read them.
• Invitation and email-verification links are cryptographically signed and expire.
• The site is served over HTTPS.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you can ask us to:

• give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
• correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
• delete your data, where we are not required to keep it;
• restrict or object to certain processing;
• receive your data in a portable format;
• withdraw a consent you previously gave us, at any time.

International transfers

Stripe may process your payment outside the European Economic Area, depending on your card and region, under Stripe's own data protection safeguards.

Cookies

We use one strictly necessary cookie to keep you signed in and to protect the site against forgery — no advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, which may log your IP address as part of delivering the font file.

If we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of this page.
